Our Studio experience comes with our Principal Designer with 23+ years of rich expertise in Design Practice & Project Management in Architecture & Interior Planning.
Our Studio has 7+ years of International expertise in Interior Fit-out & Construction Management correlated to Singapore. Furthermore our Principal Designer is well equipped with Architectural Design, CAD & Construction Documentation Standards associated to North American Standards (USA & Canada).
Studio Founding Story
Established by Principal Designer – Mr Pramod Kumar Kankipati, in Year 2019, with the sole purpose of offering exclusive Architectural & Interior Design + Build Services for Residences, Offices & Commercial with exceptional quality and craftsmanship.
The firm was originally founded in 2003 under the name of ‘Genesis Design Group’. As we were evolving constantly and continuously in our design and approach in reaching out to Clientele, for better identity, we renamed our studio to ‘Origin Design Studio’.
The word Genesis means “The Beginning”, which is also termed as the ‘Origin’. Therefore with the actual definition, we define our self as the ‘Origin’. Thus in the year 2019, we re-branded ourselves as ‘Origin Design Studio’ for better identity.

Founder & Principal Designer
Our Principal Designer - Mr Pramod Kumar Kankipati, brings in overall 23+ years of rich expertise in the field of Architecture, Interior Design & Project Management. He had worked with various reputed firms in his early years of career. Upon gaining expertise in Architecture & Interior Design in India, he moved to Overseas to attain further experience in Project Management in Interior Fit-outs and Construction Technology.
His international experience spans in Singapore for a period of 7+ years in Project Management for Interior Fit-outs companies gaining knowledge of varied Materials, Finishes and Construction Management.
He is passionate about Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management and Built from drawing board to liveable spaces.
